We offer Free Delivery on all orders with an order value above 500 Rs, if the order value is less than 500, a flat fee of 50Rs will be charged on the orders

RETURN POLICY

We believe in delightful customer experience. Hence, considering the hygiene factors involved in cosmetics, the products sold are not returnable. Whereas, in case you have received any wrong or damaged product at the time of delivery, you can initiate an exchange request by writing to us at support@londongirlcosmetics.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify the claim
  2. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Any damage due to mishandling at the user end will not be eligible for the claim
  4. All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order
  5. Exchange requests will be subject to validation by London Girl Cosmetics
  6. Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 14 business days
  7. Orders are not eligible for Refund in any circumstances

Please note: There may be a slight variation in colors based on the operating system/ Device you are using and hence the exchange request will not be accepted for such scenarios
