Yes! The London Girl Matte Kisses Liquid Lipsticks lasts up to 12 hours and are smudge-proof & transfer-proof.

Absolutely YES! We are a 100% Vegan bran
Q- Do you test on animals?
No, we are strictly again cruelty on animals and hence, our products will never be tested on animals.
Q- Is there an expiry date?
All of our products have shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture. Expiry date of all products is mentioned in the packaging.

We try our best to manufacture all the products in India

Q-How does the delivery procedure work ?
Once you successfully place an order, the products are taken through a quality check procedure to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Once the product passes the quality check, it is packed and handed over to the trusted courier partner for dispatch and delivery procedure.
Q- How can I track my order?
Go to the "Track Order" option in the Main Menu and enter your order details. Or you can write to us at (email ID) with your order number and we will provide you with the tracking link.
Q- How many days does the delivery take?
We typically process orders within 24 hours. Depending on the distance your package must travel to reach you, delivery can take between 3 to 7 working days
Q- What are the shipping charges ?
We offer Free Delivery on all orders with an order value above 500 Rs, if the order value is less than 500, a flat fee of 50Rs will be charged on the orders
Q- How can I cancel my order?
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped from the London Girl Cosmetics Warehouse.
Q- How can I return the product?
While we always ensure that you fall in love with our products, however, in extreme circumstances we do accept exchange if the product delivered is delivered wrong or damaged condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Q- Is COD available as a mode of payment?
Yes COD is available
Q- Do you ship outside India?
We do not currently ship internationally. However you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
